GraPHIC DESIGN
This page shares all my relevant graphic design work. Most are created in InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop within 2018-2022
Love Yourself - Children's Book
This is project was created to push my limits as a designer and illustrator. I utilized my knowledge from the last project (redesigning The Chronicles of Narnia book covers) and my knowledge to develop a narrative and characters to create, "Love Yourself".

I struggled with rumors, and bullying growing up and I hope this story line helps create a different narrative for children. I want to teach children their words have weight. I also hope to create the narrative that there is nothing wrong with being different.

Chronicles of Narnia - Redesign
This is one of my favorite projects so far. It really pushed my limits as an illustrator and designer. I had the creative freedom of the cover design as well as exploring hand lettering as an art form. The cover designs are 90% illustrated/ hand lettered.
Most of this project was done in Procreate, but was transferred to InDesign for final typography and Photoshop for mock ups.

AWARDS
This work won a Gold ADDY in AAF Montgomery regional competition, Judges choice in illustration, and a Silver ADDY in District 7. This work also received an honorable mention in Graphis international publication.
These are examples of work I created with my internship. Some things I had a little more creative freedom with and others I had to follow the branding. Mirror Mirror is where I had slight freedom in what to create however had to make sure the catalog, and design didn't overpower the artwork presented in the catalog. There had to be a balance. Kindness Through Art I had almost complete freedom as we created a logo and mailing card to send out to potential donors. The new map and ground promotional material had to follow the branding, however we wanted to expand more on more modern style of design.
